Calendar list is not visible on any of the sites?

I have activated the feature at the site collection level, and created a subsite under the root site of type Basic Meeting Workspace. However, I am unable to see a Calendar list in this site, and the other lists such as Agenda, Decisions etc are not linked to one another.
I tried out all the different types of Meeting workspaces, and they all behave the same way.

Please let me know if am missing out any steps or if this is the only functionality provided by Meeting Workspace.
